Boyfriend accessories
I also made a bunch of accessories for Kristian to go with his new wardrobe pieces. These cufflinks are very special. The wooden buttons were hand-made by a dear friend from German plum wood. (more…)
House-warming gift for Jessy
Katrina is one of my dearest friends. Recently she asked me to make an apron that she could give to her friend Jessy as a house warming gift, based around one I’d made for her in the past. (more…)
Holiday sale
I have a holiday sale coming up; part of the Sweat Shoppe. It’s November 18th-19th. I’ll post some of the items available over the next couple weeks.
Sab’s dress update 3

Movie star dress
I’m currently making a red carpet gown for Cassie Nadeau, whom is one of the stars of The Secret Cross, to wear to the film’s premiere on October 22nd. I will not show you the dress we are working on, as we would like it to debut the night she wears it. I’ll show you one of the sketches she hasn’t picked. There are three sketches altogether, but I’m not fond of that last sketch, so I’m not posting it. You’ll get to see red carpet photos of the completed gown following the event. Cassie is a tall statuesque brunette with a great figure. She wanted a classically glamourous red gown for the evening. x
Present for Ari
My dear friend Ari helps me very often with styling. She has great style and guts, and she’s very fun to design for. My Russian gave me this fabric as a present. Another customer had asked for it to be cut, and then changed her fickle mind, leaving one yard of very flashy (and not cheap) fabric behind her. Alas, I was, and now Ari is, the lucky recipient of this fickleness.
