These were some others I did for the same project.

This is a concept sketch I did for Lex PR, for a Black Tower Wine promotion (Black Tower Wine bottles are black on top and clear on the bottom. They wanted ‘bottom-less’ outfit sketches).

I have three levels of sketch – crap hyrogliphics I use just to remember my ideas, more resolved ones that you see on here for client consulting, and proper ones. I’m trying hard to get back into proper sketching, which I don’t have the opportunity to do very often. It takes time, and I usually need a reason to work on one.

Note: my photos suck today. Batteries in camera died, so pics were taken with a phone.

Client parameters: Loves arms and legs, not keen on tummy. Tall, raven-haired, looking for investment piece that will stand test of time,  with a strapless or tank style bodice and full skirt. (more…)
